I have an Orange Lisbon 32Mb flash chip with new version into it.
I tried unlock it but now phone powers up and displays a message then powers off.

How to restore this file ZTE-X670_32mb_ZTEMT25_09A_GEMINI_PCB01_GPRS_MT6225_S00 .X670_V1_OG_Z2_FRES_DFFA116__system_log_2DCD46D5_0 F9E0AAE_20110605-123340.B0X.bin in phone?

message on display

nvram_sec.c, 657, 19192 19447 0

is on display as long as power key is pressed, then powers off it power is unpressed.
I will upload readed flash file on a hosting site. (in this state)

I managed to get a locked, working phone, with same new version.
I readed full flash and uploaded here

link contain full info in log file, picture, full flash and eeprom.

Please work on it because I need to repair the dead one.
