i do need to unlock tesco mojo chat , however , i get stuck on it , never successfull.

what i have?
infinity box 2pics (all are working fine, i use them daily) , pin finder 2pics (both are brand new ), IP-12C+L14A 3pics (bought from IPMART
tesco mojo chat phone 2pics

what i connect ?

1, i bind infinity box with pin finder by dongle manager software , done
2. i connect infinity box to pc by usb cable , connect pin finder to infinity box by rj45 cable , connect IP-12C+L14A to pin finder . connect 12C port to phone .

problem ?
look like software canot see phone ,

question?

A, connection is correct ?
B.when we unlock phone . for pin finder ,power green light must on ? red mode light must be on ?
C. use battery or rj45 power cable from pin finder pack ?
D. switch on infinity box is upper ? correct

i thought problem is from pin finder or infinity box , however, i did try on another set . still no luck ,
pls advice ,

hello!

pinfinder paired, ok.
you run pinfinder software, press detect adapter.
1. does software successfully detect adapter?

2. connect L12C to phone port, select L12C in software, connect power wires (red & black) to phone's battery terminals. Press "power On", check if phone can be powered On. does it?

3. run pinout search. what result you get? please post log

4. which CPU type is used in your phone?
