Read Flash problem

Hi,
When I read flash from "dtech DT08-TAb4G" (SP9832E), I don't find .xml file for flashing , I find only .img .bin.cfg. bmp files.
What can I do for using this Firmware for flashing ?
Help me Please.

Right Click inside the Flasher box, browse the readed File " SPD_PROG" it will auto load the necessary files.
