phone is user lock. how remove ?

1. Power Off Phone , Remove battery , Insert back
2. PRESS and HOLD BOTH VOLUME KEYS!
3. Insert USB cable. In some cases require use EDL cable or TP to force EDL mode!

What kind of help you want? I will say same, as logs - ENCRYPTED.

Read build info, flash it. beware it can have mi account inside.

my phone user lock. i want to remove user lock.
i try reset user lock but not done.
why ?
i already post reset operation for why not done .
