As you can see in most caes Infinity users get more than 12/24 months support even if they renew support for 12/24 months.

Anyway we will see at situation and think how to manage it well.

You can use previous Infinity software version UNLIMITED (100 years or more) if support is expired.

As per current situation we decide to make some kind of mentioned action.
As per user's repost I can see that currently business is at low level so I think this action is not urgent, we have to think well before make something.

As a first step users with dongle firmware version lower than 0134 can update their dongle firmware with DongleManager to upgrade firmware to version 0134.
This gives an ability to use software newer than before.
Yes, version 0134 is not the latest one but it gives more features than version 0128

If you will have any problem with dongle firmware update you can post details of problem here, supporters will check it

As you can see team is thinking about users. Step-by-step actions comes. But people should understand that even in current situation software can not be absolutely free for everybody.
Developers are in the same World as users. Right ? And developers also human with their needs.
Also do not forget that somebody must pay for servers and rest infrastructure.

And Is there anything for us whose dongle/card died this year, could there something like virtual card/online just for this period.

Damage card replacement under warranty time ,
after end warranty period you need buy new card .
there no have any virtual card type ( its like licenses /user name /pass)

But if you one dongle have many activation , you can request to move activation to other new same dongle .
