I have activated my dongle in the middle of the lock down in South Africa because Infinity still gave me the opportunity to use their software even after my activation was expired, to me,that's enough for me. I couldn't ask for anything more than that. The only team that allows us to make use of their software upon expiration of our activation is Infinity, their hardware(dongles) are one of the cheapest in our industry, they've been consistent with exclusive updates for so many years non-stop, they respond to our queries without delay, there teams that abandoned their projects and start new one where one cannot even upgrade their dongle to the new projects but have to buy new dongle but infinity does exactly the opposite, those who started with Infinity team 15years ago still can maintain their old boxes/dongles without having have to buy a so called dongle with new activations for upgrade, when it comes sprd chipset Infinity is the master of the rest, when it comes Mtk chipset Infinity is a force to be reckoned with ………………….As ordinary as Infinity is they give us the best our industry could ever given. I do not need any special offer from Infinity but I already have access to those offers before the arrival of this pandemic. CM2, Best, Best2 Thank you, Thank you.

Service is ON in non-stop mode.



You can renew support (and activate new software) for any Infinity-Box, even for box released in year 2005.
How to renew support and use latest software updates, CM2 etc.:

If you have credits at your IOS account:
- login to your IOS account - https://www.infinity-box.com/service/
- go to `Products` menu
- select `Infinity-Box/Dongle 1 year Updates/Support Renew`
- enter your S/N

If you do not have credits at your IOS account:
- contact to your seller - https://www.infinity-box.com/buy/
