Due to stuck in coronavirus lockdown badly
kindly give access to update new dongle ver (V.139)free (1 time )
Hardly to make work start from Home (in current situation)

Or give at least 1 month period update (paid)
Because badly need new cm2 version and unfortunately can't afford 1 year activation right now (current situation).
Will be thankful to u if u update v.0138 or v.0139

As I can see you dongle support period expired 2019-Jun-30
It was at least half year before covid problem start so it's strange that you request to renew support for your dongle with reason "covid".

Do you have any other reason ? Maybe you uploaded many flash files to community support or maybe you have made many test reports ?
Please help us to find a reason to satisfy your request.

Please give update version or give 1 month period update (ready to pay )

Let me discuss with team options like "1 month update" or something like that.
And you are old and professional user so I am sure you want to use professional software and you do not want to see millions of sunday unlockers around who repair phones for 1 penny.

Yes sir, your request about options like "1 month update" was discussed and currently it can not be implemented due to some technical reasons. But we will try to implement this kind of feature in some time.

At this time V.0138 is enough for me (but my bad luck, its not possible )

If you want to get firmware version 0142 you can contact to any seller and renew support the same way as all other users do.

There is another way: you can upload to support area 150 USEFUL GOOD WORKING flash files THAT NOT EXIST AT SUPPORT AREA YET.
Yes, it's work that takes some time but last days people around says that they are sitting at home and have not job and this means that people have a lot of time.
