What is the Username ?

I also have one G960F with G960FXXSBETG8 modem and can't get it unlocked so far. The funny thing is, that this modem is listed as supported one by Infinity.

I initially tried to unlock this phone on 26-th of October, log below:

I downgraded the modem to the one suggested, G960FXXSBETG8, then whole firmare to G960FXXSBETH1 from G960FXXSBETH2.

I am not sure but it looks like devices after 07/2020 may have some problems.
