hi , as you can see charged 2 times , and phone not unlocked , not same imei , but both imei its a dual SIM verison

hello software work fine in win 32 but in win 64 cant work (the application failed to start correctly) l application n a pas reussi a demarrer correctement

ps software open but when i try to read info or unlock i have this message

twice the credits gone without unlocking...what i have to do..while im trying the old log gone..please next update make the log saved as txt in each try..next time i will make video prove.both from the pc and on the phone

as you see . you were charged only one time for one imei and not charged 2 times for same imei
if you repeat unlock . ure phone will be unlocked

Believe it or not, the 2 imei are from same phone «*maybe you can check via SN*», dual sim, and the fone not in my hands now* «*unlocked with other solution*», can you refund at least one time ?, next time will take a picture of the phone imeis

try without any flashing first to see if you can unlock without any thing
