We have supported N920 (N920W8VLS4CQF2) if you share with us n929w8 phone we can buy from you and add support. Atm this phone is fully unknow for us.

About J37P is Sprint new security so not supported.

I have over 100 phones that I want to unlock but on average I can unlock only 5 out of 10 and other 5 get this error.
It's either Reading data from phone error or writing data to phone error.
I have lost a bunch of credits too and don't want to lose more.
Please let me know if there is any solution to this.
I have tried, restarting the phone, resetting the phone etc.

I have tried, restarting the phone, resetting the phone etc.

Obviosly phone is locked coz procedure did not finish.
You should re-install drivers, change usb etc. We have a lot of unlocked phones of this but dont tell me why (better ask to microsoft) time to time drivers need be reinstalled and registry cleaned to avoid errors.
About lost credits, suggest you talk propertly cause same phone will not consume credits again, neither if were not propertly unlocked
