Hello dear support team. I have a problem with credit consumption. Phone model is A105FN, securitypatch is old one (2019-05-01). However, app consumed 20 credits during unlocking. Unlock was successful, but a bit expensive)) Please help me resolve this issue. Thanks!

I successfully run the unlock process on the phone shown bellow, but the phone is not unlocked.
Any SIM card I insert that is not Sprint or Boost I get "Invalid SIM card" message and when I try to place a call I get "not registered on network"
Please help to fix or refund credits.

New phone that canít write combination software are new security not important patch security in it. All this phone will cost 20credits always.

Added double check for old firmware unlocking. For may patch should not take 20 credits now. Regards
