Hello. I tried unlocking S767VL. The device went into CP crash upload mode and the tool was stuck at 14%. I waited so long and nothing happened. I tried again and still no luck. I was able to unlock the S367VL with no issues but having issues with this phone. My user name is: IOSyjjhpjmm

as you say is for this specific phone. So try to flash / make hard reset of the phone and try again.
