i have samsung-sch-s259.i tyr to do rebuild efs/ nv.but after do this my phone friz on filesystemstartup,please wait.so plz help me that what to do for it sir.

Take out battery insert back, switch on phone and then again try to rebuild.
Else try to full flash in emergency mode and that you can do with s259 pst and bin file. Search forum in Non-Nokia cdma section.

i try this but phone not connect.plg give me pst and bin pile for it

Press 9 + Power your phone in
emergency mode use s259 pst choose emergency mode then flash it phone
