Sands F900 Software update ?

need Software update for Sand F900. Problem is that you hear a "ssssss" when you speaking. The called person hears a "ssss" and voice is very quiet.

I think the probelm is the software.

You can download firmware similar to original from Infinity-Box support area and flash phone.

1. go to www.infinity-box.com and buy Infinity-Box
2. go to Infinity-Box support area
3. go to "ChineseMiracle" folder in support area and use "search" option in support area (at bottom of page).
4. make search by firmware version name but NOT by phone model name
