hello!

please note that half or even more phones with L5A connector use test points on PCB for tx/rx.
this might be a reason of such pinfinder behavior.
DB26 cable pins 1,2,3,4,5 goes to L5A connector pins 1,2,3,4,5

hello!

50% of L5A cable phones keep Tx/Rx as test points on PCB.
what phone you searching?

hello!

for N95 8gb 90% phones keep tx/rx on PCB. check infinity pinout folder.
For all others, mentioned by you- you must first make sure what type of MCU is used in them.
and select it in pinfinder
