hi
hellow my j100i asking subsity password, iam trying to unlock with infinity.iam opend sonyerricson j100i
but it was opened to moto tool j100 only ( se j100- j100i same r not?)
iam stopping the unlock

plz helpme

hello!

always if you not sure what you doing- make full back up before any operation. this will help you to rescue phone if smthng will go wrong

go to service option.
use format ffs.

all data in phone erased.
code set to factory defults.
