server credits to wrong card serial - GSM-Forum

Hello, I just completed a credit purchase from Gsmserver but mistakenly given my 10 digit log in serial instead of card serial which is only 8 digits. I did not noticed the site automatically omitted the last two digits because i only copy pasted it at serial box during purchase.I was in a hurry during the purchase and did not double checked the serial pasted. I already sent an email to gsmserver and they replied only the developer can change it.
I need help

What is the S/N ?

S/N is 18E36D7D and the credit was credited to 0318E36D
