SM module not run - GSM-Forum

Hi, I realized, from 1 month ago, SM module not run (warning window saying firmware dongle is outdated appears when I execute module). Activation was bought on 2017 March 13th. Asking for solution mail was sent to [email protected] about 1 month ago and I never had an answer form u. Please fix this isue asap. Thx a lot.

btw, `SM` become paid from 2018-Jul-01.
Could you please tell me how much have you paid for `SM` activation in 2017 March 13th ?

I dont remember quite well when I bought that activation, I wrote that date picking it up from IOs my account... pls see attached screenshot.

Now I can see I was wrong with the month, but not with the year 2017. It was on August, really sorry

You are right, it's quite hard to remember how many credits was paid two years ago.
Could you please tell me (according to your account history) how many credits was paid for `SM`activation in year 2017 ?

I´m almost sure it was 50 credits and u warn it would be increased by 5 every each future upgrade, so I decided to buy it at the lowest.
