Existed in support site but unfortunatly I have not backup to full flash and now when flash from support site set not power on and other same files set goes to G five .
how to solve this problem. plz

try to make format FFS complete after flashing.

hello!

take firmware with which phone was powerable before and write it to phone.
Just before this make "erase whole flash chip" operation.
and of course check batery voltage, sometimes it fall below 3,7 volts.
flashing will still work, but phone will not be able to be powered On

sir I have not alternate phone to take firmware and then download from support site same file set goes to Gfive its seems that flash file is totaly wrong

hello!

if you dont have original backup- you can try to search for same working phone or find firmware in the internet, it can be in BIN format. I will convert it for you, if needed

sir I have sigmatel s86 on restarted condition (received from customer)
ffs complete formate but still same problem after full flash from support site same version set goes to Gfive and unfortuantly I have not full flash back and depended to your support site .

hello!

seems that your phone hardware does not allow to use similar flash files.
now best way woould be get same working phone and read out backup.
i tried to search for "sigmatel S86" in google and file_hostings-
but returns zero
