Hello, I would like to ask if it supports FRP unlocking for the model: Sky Elite OctaMax, I found this one, but the Max vere probably has a different CPU or model, thank you for the answer, here is an extract from the log:
1. Power off device, wait 10-15 seconds
2. Press and hold BooKey ( 1 : BOTH VOL , 2 : VOL+ , 3 : VOL- )
3. Insert the cable into the device!

Select another CPU and Model from the list and try to Identify.
It may be you should try several times.

I have the same problam and can not Wipe device.

I finaly Wipe it. We should in Control tab activate DiagMode and connect devices without any keys.
But can not erase FRP, it need flash mode.
