It is quite rare situation and we are sure that it is not an Infinity-Box fault !
This smart-card can not be replaced for free !
This kind of problem is not an Infinity-Box fault, it is a result of harmful activity of other software !

Here is one of possible damage reasons:

- If you have any addon software activated for your damaged Infinity-Box smart-card and
if you have another Infinity-Box we can move addon activation to your other Infinity-Box
(move activation from one smart-card to another smart-card).
- If you see this errors at addon activation stage: you can activate your addon for
another Infinity-Box or you can contact to your reseller for refund.

Bad luck but your Smart-Card can not be updated any more.

We have a special "Replacement" procedure for this kind of Smart-Card. Yu can contact to [email protected] to get details about payment/delivery.

Yes, my dear friend, account now reported as "suspended" due to Smart-Card is damaged.
