1. Install REQUIRED Card-Reader Drivers - https://www.infinity-box.com/support/?r=6



Drivers version after installation should be 2.5.6.0823 or 2.5.9.1202

2. Update dongle with Infinity DongleManager.exe




OR


1. Insert Infinity Smart-Card into another Card-Reader (dongle or box). Good result gives Alcor Card-Reader

when i tried to update my cm2 smart card software through software update tool
but its fail with error now dongle manager not detecting smart card

It is LAST repair attempt after your installed usb sharing. You was warned 3rd and last time.

1. Read NOTE - https://www.infinity-box.com/support/?s=2



2. Uninstall/disable Eltima/Flexihub and other usb sharing tools and do not use it at the same time with Infinity software !

3. Update dongle with Infinity DongleManager.exe



4. Delete fault.bin file (if you have it in CM2 folder)



5. Run Infinity exe
