Hello,

To avoid software conflicts in future please do not use "Hexframe" at the same time with Infinity software.

What to do now:
1. Delete fault.bin file (if you have it in CM2 folder)
2. Install latest Infinity software updates
3. Run DongleManager
4. Update Dongle firmware


Only ONE update try is allowed !
In case of problem DO NOT update card again !

the point is that I had already opened a topic (https://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f29...other-2905911/) , and the solution that you guided me was to read your help topics. I had already done everything that guided me and it had no effect. I installed on 3 different PCs and I have the same error. I would like to know if it could be conflict with some other box, because I have some others installed (UMT, Hydra-dongle, Z3x, UFI, Octopus and sigmakey in addition to other software) or that were more specific about what I should do. I must remind you that I am one of the first users of infinity in Brazil, where I bought my infinity-box in 2008, so I was already used to using it.
I have a lot of appreciation for infinity and its support.

1. Read NOTE - https://www.infinity-box.com/support/?s=2



2. Uninstall/disable Eltima/Flexihub and other usb sharing tools and do not use it at the same time with Infinity software !

3. Update dongle with Infinity DongleManager.exe



4. Delete fault.bin file (if you have it in CM2 folder)



5. Run Infinity exe

This card is damaged (in year 2010 or so) and can not be updated any more. You should use another dongle (smart-card)
