Hello,

1. Read NOTE - https://infinity-box.com/support/?s=2



2. Uninstall/disable Eltima/Flexihub and other usb sharing tools and do not use it at the same time with Infinity software.

3. Update dongle with Infinity DongleManager.exe



4. Delete fault.bin file (if you have it in CM2 folder)



5. Run Infinity exe

solved the issue it was virtual serial com port driver . please whitelist this program it's not for sharing it's for stable driver. some times mtk port connect n disconnects immediately or auto disconnect during flashing so i installed this program don't know what it does but makes a stable connection. i have uninstalled this n updated card now everything ok. but please check this it's not sharing https://www.virtual-serial-port.org/

This card is from year 2007 (14 years old) so it may be hardware fault.
First time fault was detected in year 2020 and I think you know that.

If you have another card-reader I suggest you insert card into another reader.
Try to update dongle firmware now, let's see result.

Hello,

To avoid software conflicts in future please do not use `Hexframe` at the same time with Infinity software.

What to do now:
1. Install latest Infinity software updates
2. Run DongleManager
3. Update Dongle firmware
4. Delete fault.bin file if you have it in [CM2] or [BEST] folder

Please in future DO NOT delete fault.bin file because this file helps to fix your PC. Now make this:

1. Read NOTE - https://infinity-box.com/support/?s=2



2. Uninstall/disable Eltima/Flexihub and other usb sharing tools and do not use it at the same time with Infinity software.

3. Update dongle with Infinity DongleManager.exe



4. Delete fault.bin file (if you have it in CM2 folder)
