Smart-Card/Dongle/Box update fixes and solutions


1. Download latest Infinity DongleManager - version 1.87 or higher is required

2. Click to Report & Fix Issue



3. Wait some time and you will get an answer


If you still have a problem make this:
- copy/paste ONLY TEXT
- no pictures and video
- DO NOT update your Smart-Card many times - you can kill Smart-Card

Sir, you tried to update this dongle firmware about 50 times during last 2 days.
This way is just waste of time in your situation.
To get your dongle fixed you should send report to support server first and after that you will get an instruction from supporters.
And only after that supporters will tell you when you can update your dongle firmware.
So send report first.
Waiting.

hello infinity team i have one more cm2 and it also got the same problum but i didnt use any flexihub or any more same like softwers plz help me

I have opened your conversation with other supporter, you told the same first but after that you told "yesterday flexihub was uninstalled".

error 66 means it was usb sharing or similar tool. I am confused now.

Please check all your PC once again and send me fault.bin file.
If you can not find file plz explain what usb sharing tool you have used. I need this info to find a solution for your problem.

Of coures it exist. I told you - DO NOT update dongle firmware without my apporoval, tries are useless, first you should tell me info and then we will think together how to fix your problem

i have never been used flexihub to share cm2 or any other softwere like flexihub yes i agree with u because i update cm2 without ur permition but my one cm2 o already ok but the 2nd one is not ok after updating
but realy sory for that i update cm2 witout ur permition
now i m using new window i uninstaled old window and reinstalled new one but my issu is same and i never get fault.bin file.
So now what must i do i just request infinity team to help me

Please before you will start your dongle fix process contact to person who suggested you to delete fault.bin file and told him that his IQ is zero and that his advice was plain stupid. In future please do not follow advices of stupid people with zero IQ but please contact to support team directly for best results.


What to do now:


1. Read NOTE - https://infinity-box.com/support/?s=2



2. Uninstall/disable Eltima/Flexihub and other usb sharing tools and do not use it at the same time with Infinity software.

3. Update dongle with Infinity DongleManager.exe



4. Run Infinity software

Make the next steps ONLY after uninstall usb sharing tool otherwise YOU MAY DAMAGE your dongle!

Hi sir,i HAVE 2 CM2 DONGLE 1 IS WORKINGF FINE AND OTHER ONE IS SHOWING THIS ERROR iIN THE SAME PC (Smart -Card misconfiguration! Contact to Support!) and when i update with dongle manager 1.81 it shows (Server answer:[0031] Dongle identification data damaged
