1. Read this https://infinity-box.com/legal/eula/
2. Uninstall/disable Eltima/Flexihub and other usb sharing tools and do not use it at the same time with Infinity software
3. Reboot PC

Make the next steps ONLY after uninstall usb sharing tool otherwise YOU MAY DAMAGE your dongle!

4. Update dongle firmware with Infinity DongleManager

This Smart-Card is not an Infinity Smart-Card

- Disconnect all other Boxes and Dongles from PC
- Connect ONLY one Infinity Box/Dongle to PC

Hi,

This card is damaged and can not be updated any more. You can use it but with very old CM software only.
THis card is in broken state sinse year 2010 or something like that
