You must insert smart-card into another Card-Reader or install good Card-Reader drivers!


Do not update card with the same reader!
Make as per my instruction otherwise you can kill card.

you ordered wrong product
"1 year support" is not for your [BEST]

you should order "CM2 activation for [BEST]" for your [BEST] Dongle 6AC76B7C

2. you should install card-reader drivers


1. Install REQUIRED Card-Reader Drivers - https://infinity-box.com/?r=6
- Drivers: CardReader_Fetian_FT2K.7z
- Instruction: How_to_update_FT_SCR2000_CardReader_drivers.pdf
Drivers version after installation should be 2.5.6.0823 or 2.5.9.1202

2. Update dongle with Infinity DongleManager

OR

1. Insert Infinity Smart-Card into another Card-Reader (dongle or box)
2. Update dongle with Infinity DongleManager
