Sir, Do not worry, we will try to fix your PC but please follow this info:
your friend who suggested you to delete fault.bin file was very stupid. Please in future do not hear advice of that your friend!
File fault.bin has information that helps to fix your PC instantly!

Now please make this step-by-step:

1. Read NOTE - https://infinity-box.com/support/?s=2



2. Uninstall/disable Eltima/Flexihub and other usb sharing tools and do not use it at the same time with Infinity software.

Write me after you read and uninstall usb sharing tool. I will tell you next final step.

In future do not delete fault.bin file but just use Report&Fix function

This error means you have no dongle connected to PC.
Also it may be Card-Reader or Smart-Card hardwar fault.


Try to insert smart-card to another card-reader (dongle).
What is the result?
