Now make this:

1. Install REQUIRED Card-Reader Drivers - https://infinity-box.com/support/?r=6
- Drivers: CardReader_Fetian_FT2K.7z
- Instruction: How_to_update_FT_SCR2000_CardReader_drivers.pdf
Drivers version after installation should be 2.5.6.0823 or 2.5.9.1202

2. Update dongle with Infinity DongleManager

I always respect you because with your support we are able to work today. I just want to say that I did not use any crack tool. I work with Visual Studio and have other flash tools installed on my PC like chimera, UMT etc.

What to do:

1. Reboot PC
2. Update dongle firmware with Infinity DongleManager

You should always close drivers installer completely and reboot PC before run Infinity software

I am very disappointed that you deleted fault.bin file and by that action you hid information from Support Team.
You can try to update dongle firmware now but as I tld earlier - you do not provide required information so I can not be sure in result. If you are lucky your dongle may be fixed but absolutelly no guarantee. You can try.

1. Read this https://infinity-box.com/legal/eula/
2. Uninstall/disable Eltima/Flexihub and other usb sharing tools and do not use it at the same time with Infinity software
3. Reboot PC

Make the next steps ONLY after uninstall usb sharing tool otherwise YOU MAY DAMAGE your dongle!

4. Update dongle firmware with Infinity DongleManager
