Smart-Card/Dongle/Box update problem and solutions


Dear Sirs,

In case of problem with your Dongle Smart-Card please copy/paste here text given by Infinity DongleManager software.

Please copy/paste ONLY TEXT but not pictures and/or video
Please DO NOT update your Smart-Card many times to avoid permanent Smart-Card damage


- If you have Card-Reader Type FT SCR2000 you should use special Card-Reader Drivers - CardReader_Fetian_FT2K.7z
Drivers version after installation should be 2.5.6.0823 or 2.5.9.1202

- If you have DITS CCID Smart Card Reader you should use another Card-Reader because this Card-Reader may damage your Smart-Card permanently !

- For today best results gives Alcor Smart-Card Readers.

Good morning, please I was trying to update my card and it was interrupted due to network issues, now my dongle is not working anymore..I will be glad if it could be fixed as soon as possible.

Good evening, please I was trying to update my card and the challenges were not completed, now the dongle is no longer working anymore .. I will be happy if it can fix it as soon as possible.

remove card from box, clecn contacts, insert back and update it again ONLY ONCE

Smart-Card update process may takes up to 4-5 minutes to complete.

During update process software may seem hanging but please DO NOT close or terminate forcely application.
It may cause harm to your Smart-Card. Just let the process to be finished.
- Connect Infinity Box/Dongle (Smart-Card) to PC
- Disconnect all other Boxes/Dongles (Smart-Card) from PC
- Update Smart-Card Reader drivers to latest version
- Disable Antivirus and Firewall
- DO NOT interrupt update process even if you think that software is freez !
