Update dongle firmware with DongleManager now.
After that delete fault.bin file

Error code #62 means dongle was damaged by some kind of debug or similar tools running at your PC.
Please help us to find a solution for you.
Provide fault.bin file or try to explain what kind of crack/sniff/debug/reverse software you have used at the same time with Infinity.


Without fault.bin file and info from you we can not do anything.

My Dongle is now working; I disabled the antivirus and upgraded the card

Disable your antivirus and upgrade the card using DongleManager

-sql server2014.
-phpstorm.
-outil de devlopment.
-Kaspersky end point 11 with officiel Activation
and i can give you an acces with teamwiver for view the problem !!!

restore fault.bin from recycle bin now, it is easy way to get file back.
also you can provide info what kind of debuggers was running when you used Infinity software.


You are developer, you are very very experienced man and you must understand what kind of info I am trying to get from you.
please do not tell me about kaspersky etc.
