Hello,

To avoid software conflicts in future please do not use "Hexframe" at the same time with Infinity software.

What to do now:
1. Delete fault.bin file from software folder (if you have it there)
2. Install latest Infinity software updates
3. Run DongleManager
4. Update Dongle firmware


Only ONE update try is allowed !
In case of problem DO NOT update card again !

Uninstall/disable Eltima/Flexihub and other usb sharing tools and do not use it at the same time with Infinity software.

Next steps:
- Delete fault.bin file from software folder (if you have it there)
- Run DongleManager
- Update Dongle firmware

I formated PC same problem, tried in 4 PC same problem
I bought credits from GSMSERVER Order details №1450692166, NOT RECEIVED since morning. All was working good, suddenly started this message

Reboot PC
After that update dongle firmware with DongleManager
After that delete fault.bin file (if any)
