Hello,

- Install REQUIRED Card-Reader Drivers - https://www.infinity-box.com/support/?r=6
File with Drivers: CardReader_Fetian_FT2K.7z
File with Instruction: Infinity-Box_How_to_update_FT_SCR2000_CardReader_drivers.pd f
Drivers version after installation should be 2.5.6.0823 or 2.5.9.1202
- Run Infinity DongleManager
- Update Dongle firmware


Alternative method:
- Insert Infinity Smart-Card into another Card-Reader (f.e. another dongle or box). Good result for today gives Alcor Card-Reader.
- Run Infinity DongleManager
- Update Dongle firmware


In case of problem DO NOT update card again but contact to support !

Thats correct sir , i am the owner and i lost smart card before inside my shop so i request to move cm2 activation to my another card , and now i found it . if there is a way to activate it back just as best bb5 for Nokia then i will be grateful as i have more than 2 workers inside my shop . if no way then no worries . thank you anyways you already gave us lots before !

1. Read NOTE - https://www.infinity-box.com/support/?s=2



2. Uninstall/disable Eltima/Flexihub and other usb sharing tools and do not use it at the same time with Infinity software.

3. Update dongle with Infinity DongleManager.exe



4. Delete fault.bin file (if you have it in CM2 folder)



5. Run Infinity exe

hi team. please need help. i can't open huatool. smart card failure(4). smart-card was curropted! activated with infinity box. hua team ask me to contact infinity team
