To solve problem completely attach here fault.bin file from Infinity software folder.

it's in folder with software you run last time.

There is a software conflict with the next application:

\program files (x86)\intel\bluetooth\devmonsrv.exe
\program files (x86)\intel\intel(r) usb 3.0 extensible host controller driver\application\iusb3mon.exe
\program files\renesas electronics\usb 3.0 host controller driver\application\nusb3mon.exe
\program files (x86)\nec electronics\usb 3.0 host controller driver\application\nusb3mon.exe

- Disable this process
- delete fault.bn file
- update dongle firmware with DongleManager now
and then run Infinity software.

delete it, reboot PC then delete fault.bin then update card run Infintiy

Dear sir i have reinstalled new window on my pc,
There is no any file with the name of fault.bin in my infinity installed folder.






Please sir help me and solve my problem asap

do it and tell me what files was deleted.
