Hi, I still need help; for over 1 year I try to use my ha dongle and I can not;
I have the infinit best dongle, with hua dongle activation.
I made all possible installations and I can not use it.
I open the program, I do not know what to do, I give up and after a while, I try again and I'm never successful, I'm already 4 th different attempt, including 3 different computers, my problems are these:

first, I installed the programs and driver to use infinit best, and to make sure that it works well, done successfully, then after BEST installation, I installed the hua dongle programs, but with the alcor drivers for BEST OK, hua dongle, I can not use.

I have the following program installations
1) i install alcor micro drivers
2) i instal program infinity best
i can open and use normally, after,
3) HUA-TEAM-TOOLS_ (All-in-One) _Rev1.1.1
I updated with
4) HUADongle (All-in-One) _Rev2.7.3
after installation of the programs
5) i use dongle manger and...

Dongle Manger (Infinity Best), and all ok, find my activation Hua
2- When you open the hua program, my problem is:
smart card failure I (4)
3 - the hua dongle is being recognized as:

* in smart cards: identity device (generic perfl of microsoft)
* in readers: alcor micro usb smart card reader and usb token device
