smart card problem

hi i need help, today i was actualización the Smart card and the midle of process error( 1.18 a 1.20 ) and now said:dongle cant be found.........Smart card api=0..la operacion se completo correctamente????????

try connect with the for send this problem to posibility repair this but
the links not work today??....
drivers is okey, it suceded in the midle of actualización with dongle manager (last) repeat ,and try- try try ...is the same-

Could you, please, send an explanation to our supporter, what kind of repair files you have tried to use with your box.
As we can see you have tried to use quite strange files and procedure so please, give us details.

yes , the server repaired the problem it was solved and now is working good.

I too have a smart card problem when i try updating my card this what i get Server reported error:[0036] Smart-card access keys is incorrect or damaged.

Smart-card can not be upgraded any more !
It is quite rare situation and we are sure that it is not an Infinity-Box fault !
This smart-card can not be replaced for free !
This kind of problem is not an Infinity-Box fault, it is a result of harmful activity of other software !
