Member: 1043909 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 60,926 | Solution for the CM2 can not run, CM2 not opening, CM2 exit with error etc. If you are trying to run CM2 software but it can not run it may be several reasons. Below you can see steps that helps to solve the issue: If software can not run and display a message: 1. If you see a message like "Misconfiguration" with error code - follow this instruction - https://www.infinity-box.com/support/?r=4 2. If you see other error message - post here error message text and wait for an instruction If software can not run at all and close silently follow the next steps one-by-one: 3. Run software "As Administrator" 4. Run Free Dr. Web antivirus to check and cure your PC, after that run Infinity software 5. Disable your PC antivirus, after that run Infinity software 6. Uninstall Eltima/Flexihub, reboot PC, after that run Infinity software 7. Uninstall usb sharing software, reboot PC, after that run Infinity software 8. Uninstall wireshark or any kind of similar protocol trace tools, reboot PC, after that run Infinity software 9. Open software folder and check, do you see there fault.bin file. If file exists - send it to support and wait for an instruction. See below how to send files to support. 10. Uninstall software module. Delete folder with software completely. Install software again. 11. Download and run Sysinternals Process Explorer free tool. Copy/paste full list of running processes here and wait for an instruction. How to send messages and/or files to support: - You can attach file here in forum thread as attachment - You can send via e-mail to support. I have never installed any sharing software ,flex hub or any kind of software except drivers and official dongle/box softwares but still silently closed just dongle blinks |

If you delete fault.bin file you delete an information that helps to fix the problem easily ! Do not delete file but send it to supporters and you will get back an instruction what is the application that gives a conflict ! |
