Red face SONY ERICSSON J110i UNAUTHORIZED Problem

HELLO,
Can anyone help me to solve this problem of"Phone Not Authorized" with my SEJ110i Mobile Equipment?
I have tried to use the REPAIR function but the process stops along the way with software saying" UNKNOWN EEPROM STRUCTURE".
Any suggestion is highly welcome.
THANKS.

HI,
I was trying to unlock it at a time that I had forgotten to insert the battery. So the unlocking process reached where it was preparing the DATA:this is where I came to realize that no battery had been inserted!Software then showed that ERROR had occurred in DATA preparation.Since then, the set shows unauthorized phone whenever I insert in any SIMCARD and give in the PIN CODE!
Any help is highly welcome!

Hello,

What do you mean "repair process fail" ?
It can't be true that it's impossible to repair j110.

Try to make "repair" again or post log here with repair process information.

Hello Infinity Support,
Thanks very much for the suggestion.Initially, during the repair process, software stopped along the way and the following was displayed:
Writing........
error:required data not found or unknown eeprom structure.
Writing Fail!
Now,following your suggeestion,I did the repair again and this time included "ffs" and "eeprom"data and the process finished successfully. Now the phone is working fine.
One thing I would like to comment on is this:I am very proud of the Infinity Box,the Team and the constant Updates: Your sevices and Products are Excellent! Keep it Up!
My Problem however is that,I find it difficult to post the Logs since I don't know how to save the Logs unlike others. So please, advise me also in this respect.
Thank you very much.
JKKB.

Hello,

You can select text in software Log window and press Ctrl+C keys to copy text and Ctrl+V buttons to paste text somwhere.
Also, you can find text file with name "operation.log" in folder with software module and you will see details of any operation inside this file (use NotePad or WordPad to open it).
