hello
is there any solution of cloned sony ericsson u10i touch screen problem because i tried many software solution but no solution the touch screen won't work and phore are new
any help please
ps:i remarque that side volume key don't work every time

if you tried to format phone- search for hardware reason of such behavior

thanks for your answer but i have tried many solution format;calibrate;flash but not lucky and phones are new: i have in my store 15 se u10i with the same problem touchscreen damage and side key don't work i think its relied but i dont find the solution

can you find same phone in full working conditon?
read out backup and try to flash damaged one.

yes,, me too i have u10i 1 unit the problem is thesame with this touch screen mal function then i tried to change flex connector but still thesame problem, and i tried to upgrade into higher version but still the same,, any idea??? thank you brother....

maybe touchscreen film is damaged?
anyway, it is safe to make full backup and format phone.
