please swap tx/rx wires and try again.
also make sure that pin9 in your phone is really GND.

I think GND is not problem , anywhere on motherboard !!

i ask for GND pin number only to get know if given pinout is suitable for mr. ROMAB phone.
no point to swap tx/rx wires if GND pin is not on pin9.
in this case we must look for other pinout
