spd modules switching off - GSM-Forum

i'm having trouble with anything to do with spreadtrum modules
cm2spd doesn't open (no fault.bin)
cm2sp2 opens but closes when i do any functions like identify...
best2 closes when identify spd tab
is there any reason for this happening lately?

As a first step - disable AVAST or KAV.

if your using win10 install that on your local disc C on program files(x86)

Try to kill this process TouchpointAnalyticsClientService.exe
and run Infinity software after that.
Result ?

did not help...

why should this happen only when looking for spd phone
other tools work fine on so i believe it's not my drivers or phone

it is some kind of incompatibility with software or antivirus that is installed at your PC.
make list of processes again.

Registry.txt here it is again
tried on a different pc and it works but i want it on this pc
the same thing happens also with other infinity dongles i have here

removed these but still doesn't work

tpr.exe Techloq Ltd. , i can't remove, but my other pc also has it and makes no problems
