spd SC7731 white screen after flash - GSM-Forum

I have blu neo 5.0 N010L with virus so i download flash from need rom and flash phone. Phone now start up with white screen i can hear sounds but screen white.

How can i fix this?

By the log - phone have no separate HW config, but it have whole FW, adapted for specified screen resolution.
You need find another version , not that one :

May be this chipset not fully supported. I have another blu neo 5.0 working phone got same readout when identify.
I am trying to read flash from working phone but failed.
Is this chipset supported for reading flash?

There is not "not fully supported" , if something will be "not fully" in results will be just died phones at all without any live reaction.
Please - use logs instead of words.

Ok, did you read message in log?
Does device show on screen auth request? Does other SW, like root tools or android managers are off?

device shows auth request only when rooting.
it does not shows request when reading flash.

SW ask to press "Ok" only, when device completely power on.
If there is NO request after first try - wait near 30-40 second before press OK second time.
That should help.
