It does not support Nand read flash as gives error

Operation : Read FullFlash [ v1.06 ]

1. Remove battery. Insert battery back
2. Press and hold 'VolumeUp' and 'VolumeDown' keys

I look for SPD Android locked phones since summer. Not much samples yet.
