please any solution spice mi 508 privacy lock not done after hard reset and flash with sp tool please short out this problem

Infinity can fix that without any problem, but seems as you not have it. Seek solution in other place.

hold vol up and power
after andriod logo
press power
select wipe data option with vol down key
press vol up key for ok
