Spice S404 can't format - GSM-Forum

Spice S404 Restarts...Format in safe mode gives error as below and complete format success but restart problem didn't solve with complete format. please help.

Log safe format..

COM3 [VCP0] selected
Action: reset settings
Model: Spice S404
Checking data, wait...
Phone should be Switched OFF !
Press and HOLD Power button now !
19200
Initializing[6205:8B00]...
Connecting, wait...
error: can't finalize test mide
repeat operation and HOLD phone "Power" button long time !
Operation failed !
Finished, time used: 23 sec
Remove/Install battery now !

Hello,

If "complete" format can't solve "restart with sim" problem this means you have a good reason to check phone hardware (or at least explain what is the problem with phone so detailed as possible).

Thanks for reply, phone return back to customer as he didnt want to do anything with hardware.
