spice s5 unable to unlock!!! Plz help
 

I tried in many ways to unlock one spice s5 but I am not able to unlock it. Here is the log.
First tried to unlock in smartfast and read codes the phone didnt connect.
then in standard and standard fast phone connected but not able to unlock.

Phone is not unlocked.

tried format ffs, rebuild imei, reset usercode, etc but not able to unlock

What text you see at phone LCD after unlock when you power-on phone with sim card ?

same problem.phone can't unlock.display shows please insert original simcard.
