Hello,
If phone can not be detected by software it's 99.9% cable or port selection problem.
Double check your cable, probably you need to swap Rx <-> tx wires.

Here is an instruction how to get cable/pinout information:

1. be sure that you have downloaded and installed latest Infinity-Box Pinouts update
2. run Infinity-Box Shell
3. select required model
4. see detailed information about cable/pinout (Rx/Tx/Gnd pins and other information)

u will also find rx tx marked on pcb of spice s600 try to solder wires directly then try flashing i flashed many phones by soldering the wires directly to the pcb pinout
