sprd3 J5500 (6531) connection problem


i try all bootkey but always connection problem. i also check with boot cable but same any body help thanks

Operation : Format File System / Reset Settings [ v1.16 ]
Settings : SmartFormat is On

1. Remove battery. Insert USB cable
2. Press and hold BootKey ( Skip, if use BootCable )
3. Insert battery

==== Wait for phone...

Phone found! [ 21 ]
Port Opened
Sync...
Initial Boot Failed!

Reconnect Power/Cable!

Hello,
Try this trick- first connect usb cable, press boot key (in case of boot cable no need to press boot key) and then click on required operation in software and insert battery.

Boot key problem. If you fail then open the phone and connect TX and GND with coil and then work then you not need any boot key.

Remove Old drivers garbage (use dc-Uninstaller)
download / Install drivers from Support Site only
post result logs....
