In many cases "Format FFS Complete" is enough to alive a dead chinese phone. But if phone not get alive at this stage then go ahead to flash the phone, still no luck then check phone's hardware.

BEST OF LUCK!

hello!

at the time when you are beginner always do backups.
for this you must perform "read full flash" operation.
use maximum available speed, this will save your time.

after that it is safe to do whatever you want.
start from Format FFS safe
check phone condition.
if this does not help- continue with Format FFS complete.
if phone died- you simply load your saved backup as "firmware" and write to phone.
use option"smart write", in this case you will restore your phone in a minute.

hello!

our program automatilcy saves only EEPROM area backup.
this is helpful when phone dies after format.
in this case you just load this backup as"eeprom" and write back to phone.
FULL backup is 100% guarantie against any operations.
even if you flashed phone by wrong flash file- you can restore it back.
Single full backup file contains main flash area + EEPROM
