Thumbs down still need help and infinity team are sleeeping


i steel need help to activate 2 pinfinder box which my reseller tested heim on other box and now i cant activate it on my infinity box i have sent one mail to support but no news plz help me

If you pair one pin finder to a particular card, then that cannot be used with other Infinity serial card. So how can you activate it?

please contact your reseller to give you pinfinder which has not been activated on his box before
all official reselelrs have been adviced to follow this policy

my reseller sad that i must wait until his bue a new stock to rechange those two box and this will not happen until 2 mybe 3 month later so if you can disable one activation for those pinfinder from your server so i can activate it thx in advance

Please, post here answers for all questions:

What was e-mail address where you have sent your question regarding PinFinder activation problems ?
When you have sent your e-mail first time ?
How long you have tried to wait an answer from Infinity-Box supporters via e-mail before you have started this thread ?
Are you sure that it was no problems with your e-mail account when you have tried to send e-mail to Infinity-Box supporters ?
Do you know anything about "spam", about e-mail messages that was moved to "spam" by spam filters ?
What was the reason to post thread with stupid name ?
Did you tried to contact to Infinity-Box supporters via different e-mail addresses (www.infinity-box.com "Contacts" page) ?
Did you tried to contact to Infinity-Box supporters via ICQ or via other ways before make this kind of "smart" thread ?

Sorry, forgot one more question:
Please, ask your reseller, does he tried to contact to Infinity-Box supporters ?
If he did not tried to do so, please, ask him why he did not contacted us and did not tried to solve the problem (in fact it's not so hard to solve this kind of problems) ?
What is name of your reseller ?
